I took my car in to get serviced and I have NEVER had someone be so helpful with trying to get my car fixed as quickly as possible without charging me an arm and a leg. Joe in the service department is a wonderful member of your team and you are extremely lucky to have him! I can't thank him enough for everything he did to help me get my warranty to cover the services needed on my vehicle! I will 100% recommend him to anyone! And I will for sure be back!
Took my son to Jim White Honda to purchase his very first vehicle. Tony was recommended by the salesperson we used previously and we're so glad she did. My son had to order the car due to low inventory so Tony said it would take about a month. A week later he facetimed my son and said someone didnt pickup the car they ordered and asked him if he liked that one. Tony is very outgoing so he made my shy son feel very comfortable. We felt like valued customers so our family wont ever go to anyone else to purchase a vehicle. Tony and the finance person (cant remember her name) made the car buying experience so easy and my son is OBSESSED with his 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid. Thank you Tony!
I will never buy a car anywhere else. I used to go to ford for the past few cars and Hondas are amazing quality and Jim white has been the best sales team and maintenance department I’ve ever worked with. I truly can’t say enough good things! We got our car from Bob and he was amazing!
My 16 y/o son was charged 50% higher cost for a replacement key fob for my 2015 Honda Accord, than what he was quoted. I went to Service Department to talk with David and he could not have been more rude and less concerned about my issue. I asked to return the replacement key and get a refund, to which he simply respond "No, he did nothing wrong." I have been a Honda owner for 20 years and have never had a bad experience with Honda....until now. I am done with Jim White Honda. Similar reviews left on their website, along with email sent to American Honda Motors Company. This dealership does not even act like they care about you as a customer, or at least David doesn't care, that much was obvious.
Joe Cannon who is the service manager for Jim White Honda went above and beyond to assist me and my wife with our back window on my 23 Honda hrv. The glass completely blew out with no type of impact and he did everything he could to assure this was a manufacturing defect. With listening to what he also wanted us to do on our side and with all the pictures we took and his additional photos he took he was able to get things moving very quickly and was able to settle this with a case and with the conclusions they figured out it was a defect and they completely replaced the glass on their cost with me paying ZERO! Me and the wife were completely happy with the outcome. I recommend Jim white Honda to anyone wanting a reliable vehicle and most importantly reliable service from Jim White. So thank you Mr Cannon for what you do and for helping us make sure this was not our fault. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

If I could rate it a zero, I would. Manager is an absolute jerk. My vehicle is in their system, they sold me the incorrect transmission fluid. I dumped one bottle in my vehicle before checking the label— trusting that the guy gave me the right fluid. Called parts department and the guy couldn’t believe his fellow employees mistake. Asked the manager for a flush because of their mistake— they brick walled me, wouldn’t do anything to right their wrong. He said that as far as he was concerned, we asked for transmission fluid and they sold it to us. He did exchange the fluid I had, but wouldn’t do a flush, discount on additional fluid so I could flush, or anything. Acted like it was my fault. Checked with another dealership and this type of transmission fluid has never been used for any of the pilots. It was phased out of any Honda vehicles after 2014. I have a 2018 pilot. Put it all on the little guy. Sick.
Update** In response to the accusations from the general manager, I would never curse at someone like that over the phone— now I will agree that it was heated. Jim White Honda wouldn’t do anything to right their wrong, especially when this could ruin my transmission. It wasn’t just about the fluid, it’s like if a gas station attendant filled your gas tank with diesel and offered to refund you for the diesel, actually exchange the diesel for gas. The GM knows all of this and that the mistake was their fault and had potentially terrible consequences if not flushed properly, but said as far as he was concerned, we asked for transmission fluid and they sold it to us. Brown Honda was amazing, helped us figure out what to do, pointed out the chart that showed that this transmission fluid was obsolete, had nothing to do with our vehicle, and not our mistake, and discounted the fluid we needed to flush the transmission. Brown has a customer for life!
